Matthew A. Simmons
Founder Matthew started Arvus as a 12 year old boy in 1983. A self-taught multidisciplinary engineer and entrepreneur he has also co-founded many other companies including; Nyriad (CEO, 2015-2020) a disruptive solution for fast & resilient data storage and is CEO of Stargena (CEO, 2020 to present) a US based nuclear energy company producing solid-state power systems for terrestrial and space applications. Even though he is an advisor to various companies across audio, health, energy and software, Matthew's passion for music and sound reproduction is as strong now as it was when he was a teenager. |

Bjorn van Munster
Chief Business Development Officer Bjorn van Munster studied Building Physics at Eindhoven University of Technology focusing on psychoacoustics; music, building and room acoustics. Bjorn's expertise is a unique blend of technical and business acumen. In his five-years with Salzbrenner Stagetec in Germany he oversaw product management for acoustic enhancement deepening his understanding of Object-Based Audio and its future in audio technology. From 2016 onwards, Bjorn collaborated closely with Fraunhofer, introducing their Astro Spatial Audio into the global market for live and event industries. Bjorn's audio industry network spans Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Americas with his role in Arvus spans market research to business development. |

Angus Davidson
Angus is the designer and owner of Red Road Immersive, Australia’s first Certified Dolby Atmos Music Studio. A 45 year career in audio has included roles in engineering, production, composition, studio-design, and ultimately led to the construction of Red Road Immersive in 2020, a studio which has already racked up credits including Rufus Du Sol, Vance Joy and Jungle Giants to name a few. |

Gary Housley
Gary, PhD, holds the Chair of Physiology and is director of the Translational Neuroscience Facility, School of Medical Sciences, UNSW Australia. His research program is broadly within molecular, cellular and systems physiology in the nervous system, particularly around neuroprotection in the CNS and auditory system. Gary has contributed prominently to understanding how hearing adapts to noise & ageing and is the Leader for development of UNSW Sydney patented technology for delivery of DNA and RNA therapeutics, BaDGE® (Bionic array Directed Gene Electrotransfer). |

Tigger (Charlie Kindel)
Charlie “Tigger” is a technology executive with decades of success creating disruptive products customers love. He has founded and run several successful (and failed) startups, built products used by millions of consumers at both Microsoft and Amazon (e.g. Windows Media Center and Amazon Alexa), and has repeatedly scaled and run organizations that deliver outsized results. |

Brian Long
With over 20 years in professional audio Brian has a diverse and extensive knowledge of the design and implementation of sound reinforcement and playback systems infrastructure for all types of scenarios ranging from simple single speaker events to massive show spectaculars, multi-channel playback facility based systems, and remote collaboration. Brian holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from the University of Southern California School of Cinematic Arts. Currently he is working in post production audio in Northern California. |

Brian Lucey
A multi-instrumentalist committed to the best sound quality, Brian has mastered nine Grammy award winning records as well as numerous Billboard, iTunes and Amazon Music #1s. His Los Angeles based Magic Garden Mastering studio uses fifty Class A discrete analog equalizers for Spatial Audio/Atmos mastering, in conjunction with a bespoke stereo mastering system. |

Jasper van Eif
Jasper led the product design specifications and product requirements of the H2-4D. Based in the Netherlands, an inquisitive gearhead and co-founder with a passion for technology and media. Jasper and his team consults, advises and implements small and large scale AV & IT solutions at his company Maartens Sound & Vision where they provide solutions for sound and image producing companies such as NEP, Disney, Netflix, VSI, Iyuno and Guerilla Games to name a few. |

Nancy Spears
Nancy is currently Vice President of Sales & Marketing for DC Comics, a Warner Bros Discovery company. She is a sales and marketing executive with over 25 years of experience in the beverage, toy, professional sports, and media & entertainment sectors who holds an A.B. in Economics from the University of California plus a Master of Business Administration from Duke University. Also, as President of Birthright Music Corporation, an independent music publisher since 1969 (featuring a 700+ song catalog focusing on classic Black gospel music), Nancy is restoring and re-releasing her family’s classic music catalog. |

Garry Taylor
Garry is a games industry veteran, having worked in game audio development for 25 years. In 2001 he joined PlayStation as a sound designer. He is currently Technical Audio Director at Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe and in that time has made significant contributions in a wide variety of areas including 3D Audio, loudness standardization and game audio mastering. He joined the games industry after a 10 year career as a musician and recording engineer. |

Ross Weiner
Ross is the Chief Infrastructure Office and General Counsel at CODE Advisors. Ross has also had senior roles at Qatalyst Partners, Silver Lake Credit Fund, Credit Suisse and Explorer Acquisitions. Ross received a B.A. from the University of Virginia and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. Ross brings critical financial insight, strategic experience and legal discipline to Arvus. |

Andreas Winenec
Andreas Wicenec is Professor at the University of Western Australia since 2010, leading the Data Intensive Astronomy Program of the International Centre for Radio Astronomy Research (ICRAR) designing and implementing data flows and high performance scientific computing systems for large scale astronomical facilities and surveys. Previously he was involved in the software development, data management and reduction of photometric and astrometric data from the Hipparcos satellite. He joined the European Southern Observatory (ESO) in 1997 as an archive specialist and was involved in the final implementation of the archive for ESO's Very Large Telescope (VLT) and then became ESO's Archive Scientist and led the Atacama Large Millimeter and Sub-millimeter Array (ALMA) archive subsystem development group. Prof. Wicenec together with an international team of computer scientists was nominated for the Gordon Bell prize in 2020. |
